Make a simple syrup with cloves and cinnamon.
Mix about a teaspoon of the syrup with gin, shake over ice.
Line a chilled martini glass with Angostura Orange bitters.
Pour the concoction into the glass and serve with a lemon (or orange) twist.

I think if Jesus had been a bit more creative, he would have turned water into that instead.
wine is still not a bad option, but he didn't have all our resources at the time.
